Cosmeza offers skincare training at beginner and professional level. Beginners start with the fundamentals of skin and facial care. You can choose a free demo class first, then study through 1 on 1 training, group training, on-spot training or online training.

What you will learn

The curriculum is split into modules, so you can pick the one that matches your goals:

• Basic Beauty Culture: anatomy and physiology of the skin, skincare product knowledge, facial massage, and facials for different skin types and conditions.
• Hydrafacial: hydra dermabrasion facials, their benefits and effects, the step-by-step procedure, and how to assess skin concerns and prepare a treatment plan.
• BB Glow: microneedling procedures, undereye correction and the correction of common skin problems.
• Face and Body Sculpting: lymphatic massage, Pilates face technique, microcurrent, an introduction to LED therapy, and how to set up a workstation.

Cosmeza’s advanced skin care training goes further into LED therapy, microdermabrasion and chemical peels for students who want to widen their service menu.

Skin analysis: where every treatment starts

A good facial begins before any product touches the skin. Students learn to identify skin types and conditions, recognise skin diseases and disorders, and run a proper client consultation. That consultation also covers contraindications, the reasons a treatment should be delayed or avoided altogether.
